What we build

Quackback is an open source, self-hostable customer feedback platform. It gives product teams a single place to collect feature requests, let users vote on what matters, share a public roadmap, and publish changelogs when features ship.

Most feedback tools are closed-source SaaS products with per-seat pricing and vendor lock-in. Quackback takes a different approach. The entire platform is open source under AGPL-3.0. You deploy it on your own infrastructure. Your data stays with you.

Deploy in under five minutes with Docker. No usage limits, no feature gates, no monthly fees. The full platform ships in every release.

Founder, Quackback Ltd.

James is a software developer and DevOps engineer with over 15 years of experience building and shipping software products. His background spans software architecture, design patterns, and scaling distributed systems. He started Quackback because the existing feedback tools were either too expensive, too locked-down, or both.

You can find his work on GitHub and mortondev.com.
