Create ClickUp tasks from feedback

ClickUp teams organize work across spaces, folders, and lists, a hierarchy that maps well to how feedback should be routed. The Quackback ClickUp integration creates tasks from feedback posts and places them in the right space, folder, and list based on the board or tags. Tasks carry the post description, vote count, and custom field values you define during setup. When a task status changes in ClickUp, the feedback post updates in Quackback. Teams that manage everything in ClickUp, from product roadmaps to engineering sprints, can incorporate user feedback without adding another tool to their stack.

How it works

Connect ClickUp to Quackback in three steps.

Connect your ClickUp workspace

Authorize Quackback via OAuth and select which ClickUp spaces should receive feedback-driven tasks.

Map spaces, folders, and lists

Choose the default space, folder, list, and custom field mappings for each Quackback board.

Tasks and statuses stay in sync

New tasks appear in your chosen ClickUp list with full feedback context. Status transitions update the linked post and notify voters.
