Why it matters
Trello boards give teams a visual way to move work through stages, and user feedback should flow through those same stages. The Quackback Trello integration creates cards from feedback posts on the board and list you choose. Cards include the post content, vote count, and labels mapped from Quackback tags. As cards move between Trello lists (Backlog, In Progress, Done), the linked feedback post status updates accordingly. Connect Trello in three steps
Authorize Trello access
Connect your Trello account via OAuth from the Quackback integrations page and select the boards to link.
Choose board, list, and label mapping
Pick the default Trello board and list for new cards, and map Quackback tags to Trello labels.
Cards track feedback status
New Trello cards include feedback content and vote count. Moving cards between lists updates the linked feedback post and notifies voters.
