  1. Create a restricted key

    In the Stripe Dashboard, create a restricted key with Customers: Read and Balance: Read.

  2. Connect in Quackback

    Choose Stripe in Settings and paste the key.

  3. Open any post

    The author's Stripe customer appears beside their feedback.

Common questions

What access does the Stripe key need?

Two read permissions: Customers: Read, to look up the customer that matches each author's email, and Balance: Read, which Quackback uses to check the key when you connect. Leave everything else off. Quackback never writes to Stripe.
